I am a photographer and writer living in Reading, Berkshire. My passion for photography has taken me to lots of exciting places all over the world and I have provided content for many local and national organisations.
Anyone who knows me well will tell you that my first love is cricket - and they would be correct! I have provided photos to Lancashire Cricket for the last 10 years and this has involved travelling all over the country to follow the team. Rather than spend my winters hibernating, you can usually find me taking photos at Reading football matches.
Whenever I get the opportunity to visit a zoo or wildlife park, I love the chance to get captures of animals I’ve not seen before and I am very proud of the collection I have amassed. Friends and family who accompany me on such visits may get frustrated by how long I want to spend at each exhibit to get the best possible shot, but I like to think the results are worth it!
I love to travel and have been all over Europe, to the United Arab Emirates and most recently to San Francisco. I would love to get to more places in America and it would be a dream to one day take photos at an NFL game.
My day job working in communications and five years spent as a senior reporter for local newspapers means I am as comfortable behind the camera as I am writing a match report, or interviewing important people. I’ve previously asked questions to Rick Stein, Gabby Logan, James Anderson and plenty of gold medal winners.
